GET /eth/v1/validator/aggregate_attestation times out

Description

Vouch calls to /eth/v1/validator/aggregate_attestation time out. Other beacon nodes respond relatively quickly,

Sample trace of Vouch obtaining aggregate attestations. Other beacon nodes return within a few ms at worst, prysm does not respond for 500ms (at which point we kill the request).

Has this worked before in a previous version?

Unknown.

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

Appears to happen for every attempt to fetch aggregate attestation on both goerli and mainnet.

🔥 Error

Hangs for 500ms, at which point Vouch terminates the request.
