Had issues compiling when following the steps provided. Couldn't find pthread.h added target link to OBS::w32-pthreads for that
Also didn't have the spout pdbs (just checked out the code didn't recompile locally) and vs failed in the post copy step. So I added a check for the availability of the pdbs before adding them to the compile.
