Update readme's to reflect #135

This PR changes the wallet commands to reflect the fact that the dev key is no longer inserted by default. It simply adds the --dev flag in the project's main readme. It also re-works the guided tutorial to introduce the --dev flag and explain when it is necessary.

These doc mismatches were reported by @keeganquigley
