[Request] Make prior years wrapped available at any time #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some of us may not be using OctoPrint over the holiday season and will entirely miss out on seeing the statistics if not remembered to view within the window.
Most 'wrapped' features allow revisiting the prior year at anytime, sometimes historical years too. To me, it seems rather odd/arbitrary to limit the window that these stats can be viewed.
Describe the solution you'd like
I think it's appropriate to continue to hide the buttons that appear during the festive season, but the about page should maintain last years record.
