[FR]: Allow selecting plate to print in multi-plate sliced file

Currently plugin defaults to printing plate_1. Adding a onBeforePrintStart viewmodel callback with our own modal to list plates (maybe by thumbnail) and AMS Mapping options (#1) and other available print command options would be beneficial.
