octovis not saving

Hello,

I'm trying to use octovis to crop an octree and save the final result as .bt file.
Unfortunately the dialog for saving appears completely blank (or grey in this case). See the picture in attachment.

I have tried with ros indigo on two different pc and also compiling the source at tag v1.8.1 with the same result.

Please provide details about your system (Ubuntu? Gnome / Unity?).

I can't reproduce the problem with Ubuntu 14.04 and KDE.

Thank you for getting back to me.
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS but with unity. All the PCs I tested were using this setup.

I'm observing the same issues with Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS using default Unity and ROS Kinetic.
The UI elements do still react when clicking on them, but they are invisible.
