Implements CIS Benchmark 2.2 controls for Amazon Linux 2.

Disables unnecessary system services
Removes client-side packages (e.g., telnet, ftp, nis)
Adds rpcbind auto-fix to stop, disable, and mask if active
Ensures compliance with CIS 2.2.1 – 2.2.21
