This PR restores documentation for the Erdas Imagine
.ige(Large Raster SpillFile) format, based on historical GDAL documentation preserved via the
Internet Archive.
The content has been adapted to the current GDAL documentation structure and
linked from the raster driver index.
Documentation only. No code changes.
Closes #9385.
