📚 Experiment with converting the current user-guide to Markdown

🎯 Goal:

Get @sobuos comfortably started with learning markdown using the current user-guide as a "case".

Hopefully this can lead to the complete user-guide being moved from the current Aarhus municipality owned proprietary MS Sway format to an completely open user-guide that is controlled by the os2fleetoptimiser organisation!

The work will be done in this repo: https://github.com/OS2fleetoptimiser/os2fleetoptimiser-user-guide that,until @sobuos decides otherwise is kept as Private.

I have suggested the Zettlr markdown editor as a local editor to @sobuos.

Evaluation of workflow and editor choice will be a part of this task as well as supporting the journey of @sobuos into the Markdown language!
