Change definition of epo-ord:hasResponseDescription so it can be reused in other modules

Since both epo:CatalogueReceiver and epo:Seller are subclasses of epo:OfferingParty, the proposed definition for epo-ord:hasResponseDescription is: "Response clarification of the Offering Party decision."

You mean epo:CatalogueProvider, are you? epo:CatalogueReceive is a subclass of epo:AcquiringParty. Besides this, definition is fine for me.

During WGM of 25/03/2025, it was agreed that the definition of epo-ord:hasResponseDescription should be modified to: "Explanation of the response".
