Rules for E1 and E5 are not activated yet, so the corresponding files are not added yet.
This version of the SDK Analyzer checks for the voluntary forms.
Those codes are not used.
Only version number changes and simple label changes. Significant changes are handled in separate commits.
Mostly adding or updating labels in various languages.
Also update affected validation reports.

Errors from SDK Analyzer are for missing codes in codelists, missing labels, and missing diagnostic information in schematron rules. |
