We need a little more time to have SDK 1.13 ready in production. We are currently planning to activate it in early March. |

We have been able to activate SDK 1.13 in Production today for the API - so eSenders can validate and submit SDK 1.13 notices to TED. Note that the eNotices2 front-end is still only handling SDK 1.12 notices for another couple of weeks (but in general we don't recommend that eSenders use the web interface for any of their notices in production). |

Sorry, I used "web interface" to mean the front-end of eNotices2 (used by buyers who don't benefit from having an eSender). So for example, if you log into eNotices2 front-end with your eSender account you'll see "your" notices will be listed a Submitted, Published, etc but don't use the front-end to try to do anything else (and not just because the form-filling tool in eNotices2 is still in SDK 1.12). All API functions are available to eSenders and now also handling SDK 1.13 for validation and submission. |

Yes, the front-end form-filling tool in eNotices2 is still in SDK 1.12. We hope to upgrade it to SDK 1.13 before the end of March. The publication (and validation and render) APIs can handle SDK 1.13 and Hungary has switched to 1.13 (and I also see one Austrian notice on 1.13 today) - see https://ted.europa.eu/en/search/result?query=FT%3D%22eforms-sdk-1.13%22&scope=ALL&onlyLatestVersions=false |
