Add column alignment

A user has requested a feature to enable column alignment. The guidance says:

`It is best practice to:
...

• Left align all text in cells outside the table and all row labels within the table.
• Right align all data within a table and all column headings (except the column of row labels or other columns of text).`

It also says the right alignment of data is particularly helpful for when comparing numbers.

I suggest we discuss the task as a group. One option could be to not add custom column alignment as a feature, but instead advise users how they could go about this in the docs, but stress it is not in line with the guidance.

Definition of Done: (draft)

• The existing column alignment is verified as compatible with the Analysis Function Spreadsheet Guidance.
• If it is not, it is corrected.
• The documentation is updated to advise users how to apply column alignment changes.

Discussed this and decided the alignment should match with the Guidance. We can signpost users on how they might achieve this (for example, if there is a specific stakeholder requirement) without adding the functionality to the package.
