can't download latest version

Hello, when I run Updater.bat to download the latest version of Obsidian, it prompts me that it is already the latest version. However, I don’t even have this software installed on my computer. Due to my limited computer knowledge, I am unable to resolve this issue on my own. Could this be caused by network-related problems? I look forward to your reply. Thank you.

Could this be caused by network-related problems?

Yes, first script checks the internet connection to cern.ch, that step is done.
Then connect to gihub.com to get the latest version number, and as you can see, we get nothing. So script can't connect to github.com, maybe something blocked access to github.com?
