Core/ Revised Core/System Core Quantity Error

When constructing a deck, if you select "use 1 Core Set" and select Core and Revised Core in your Collection, the deckbuilder gives you the correct number for cards that show up only in one of those sets (i.e. Data Mine from Core Set and Trick of Light from Revised Core are correct) but cards that appear in both (i.e Archived Memories, Special Order) only appear based on one of the sets (I think Revised Core) instead of the summation of the two.

Dont you hurt the premise of the "use 1 Core Set" and selecting 2 Core sets inside the collection?
Expected behavior would be using the amount of cards that are inside a single Core Set. If a card is inside booth sets with 2 copies its expected that you have 2 copies available. If you have 1 copy inside booth 1 copy should be available for the deck. Problematic would be if the quantities differ, even then I would consider using the newest available Set as a sane default.
Most Core Experience Formats(which this option was intended for i assume) only allow one predefined Core Set.

It was intended for the fact, that you might have only 2 core sets as you could only play decks with original cards in the past. So it was important if you have 2 or 3 Desperado.
To my knowledge SC2020 might be consisting of 3x for all cards, but not sure about it.
