"Speed selector" dialog window frame

The frame on the "speed selector" dialog window is not following the theme. This happens only in the speed selector for the following sections:

• New RGB Matrix
• New Sequence
• New Chaser
• New Scene

It sould look like this (this is the EFX Speed Selector window):

Also, modifying the color of the "TAP Button" text would be awesome too.
