Some regions are not blocked on Quakecraft map "Streets"

Is it the intended region feature on a part of that map?

not sure on this one, I am fixing the out of bounds spawn atm and debating fixing this but I feel getting on the roofs works for this map to bring interesting gameplay. even with barriers preventing access to this and the roofs there is still the trees in the middle of the map that provide vertical.
