[Search] Update blocklist for default search results

The first page of default search results contain several packages that are transitive dependencies of popular packages. Candidates:

Package	Rank in top 1,000 most installed packages	Notes
Microsoft.Bc.AsyncInterfaces	Not in top 1,000	Dependency of Microsoft.Extensions.*
Microsoft.Win32.SystemEvents	Not in top 1,000

Update: We decided to only remove packages that are owned by Microsoft and are not in the top 100 most installed packages in Visual Studio. I removed Castle.Core and System.Drawing.Common

Searching with the keyword "maui" comes up with primarily transitive dependencies.
