claude: lsp plugin doesn't provide a way to pass --query-driver to clangd

--query-driver can't be specified in a .clangd config file. It has to be passed as a CLI argument. But the official LSP plugin doesn't have a way to pass custom CLI arguments.

There's an alternative LSP plugin that appears like it might provide that capability, but I'm uncertain if it's a good plugin to use. Needs to be evaluated.
