Simple media-overlay book support.

Assumptions:

  • There is one .mp3 file per .html file
  • The full duration of the .mp3 file will be played. No fragmentation.
  • There is one MediaOverlay per .mp3 file.

TODO:

  • Support for Guided Navigation as alternative to MediaOverlays.

At a satisfactory level now. Merging and then we'll see to minor issues on main
