Why do you use the quality 90 instead of quality 100? (book_url/height/width/quality)

No real reason - I just hadn't looked into the mechanisms of the URL in any real depth previously.

I suspect Kobo defaulted it to 90 for bandwidth reasons - a quick test seems to show that going up to 100 can 3x the file size.
