Rewrite of ModularSettings EditorGUI

Remove AAS entry bit-counting

This leads to incorrect results in-game, as ChilloutVR does not parse the menu entries, only the animator.

Fix controller parameter duplicate filtering.

Clean Up

Add Sync Bit usage bar.
