A new BLOM/iHAMOCC release branch should be created from master for the upcoming noresm2.1 release.
Should we continue with release-1.5 or should we move to release-2.0 now? The noresm2.1 release will be based on the noresm2.0 framework, but with answer-changing development in model components.
