Dependencies should probably be considered as "Collectable"

Since early v11 we introduced a new CollectableSet API for URLs, IP, host and emails. However I think in the long term dependencies are also a kind of collectable and we should probably refactor the project to use CollectableSet.

In the long run this could make probe customization also simpler.

However that's a big breaking changes.
