Add missing i18n for global warnings

Current warnings message in src/warnings.js (kWarningsMessages JS object) are not translated depending the CLI language (French & English).

Note: To change the language just use the nsecure lang command

These warnings should be present in both i18n configurations files (english.js and french.js).
