libTWLPy is based off of the pre-release builds of libWiiPy v0.2.3, but modified for use with files designed for the DSi instead of the Wii.
Features:
- Can parse a TMD, Ticket, and TAD
- Can download titles from the DSi NUS
- Can pack DSi NUS titles into functional retail TADs! (This is a feature seen nowhere else!)
- Can decrypt/extract and encrypt/pack content from a TAD
- Supports all DSi keys (production, development, debugger)
