Counting the number of interactions and PR's the contributor has made the BOT gives experience points accordingly.
Which will in turn work like a game where after certain number of XP, the user will level up.
Behaviour
- The bot should continuously check for message by the user and maintain XP for them
- The bot should have a time frame check where the user cannot spam for XP.
- The code and PR should follow the contributing guidelines of Nimbleedge.
