Description
Hi Nick,
First of all, thank you for developing Lightwave Explorer. It is a powerful tool for nonlinear optics simulations.
I am currently setting up a simulation and I would like to include a focusing lens in my optical sequence. Looking through the documentation, I see functions for mirrors :
sphericalMirror(radiusOfCurvature)
parabolicMirror(focalLength).
addPulse(1.4e-05,876,3.5,2,0,-130,0,0,2,0,75,45,0,0,0.45,0,0,0,21,34.9,30)
sphericalMirror(0.2)
nonlinear(30,34.9,30,0,500)
Could you please clarify the best way to implement a transmissive spherical lens?
If I use the mirror functions, does the simulation handle the propagation as a transmission (forward moving) or does it involve a coordinate flip/reflection?
Any guidance on the correct syntax or recommended approach would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Haohan Wang
