Breaking: Remove "UseLegacyStretchBehaviour" functions (facebook#1368)

Summary:
Pull Request resolved: facebook#1368

These were marked as deprecated as part of the public Yoga 2.0 release, and were alredy emitting deprecation warnings. Remove them.
