Describe the bug
The nginx proxy manager currently does not support connecting to postgresql database enforcing the use of SSL certificates

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy a postgresql database enforcing the use of ssl
2. Try and follow your setup guide for postgresql
3. The app enters a crashloop
