Summary:

Initial commit for the road to dropping a Python v2.7 support.
Initial work was done in this draft-PR #36

Enchantments

  • Add decorator assert_print.

ToDo:

  • Drop all specific Python v2.7 code
  • Reformat with the Black -t py36
  • Introduce support for the MyPy at Pipeline
  • Add type hints for the MyPy
  • Replace unittest with the pytest
