Add support for CVSS 4.0

Added support for the new CVSS 4.0 schema. The [CVSS 4.0](https://www.first.org/cvss/v4-0/) standard introduces additional metrics for a more comprehensive evaluation of vulnerability risk. It is already integrated into a wide range of tools, including GitHub Security Lab, Invicti, and others. The library allows users to calculate base scores using CVSS versions 4.0, 3.1, or 3.0.
