This was taken on Fetchr 5.3 Beta 2. Yes, it still happens. I also tried it on a fully vanilla client, and it is an issue there as well. Not expecting any difference for me, I tried it on your seed too, with the same result.
Might be a vanilla issue then, it also happens in normal worlds.

Turns out this is an issue with Fabulous graphics in vanilla.
