Phone Island: Separate Audio Devices and Custom Ringtone

We would like to request two enhancements for the NethVoice CTI Phone Island:

Ability to assign separate audio devices for:

• Ringtone playback (e.g., external speakers)

• Call audio (e.g., headphones)

Option to select a custom audio file (among those proposed) for the ringtone, allowing users to choose a sound that is more noticeable or better suited to their environmen .

Use case:
This feature would allow users to be notified of incoming calls through external speakers even when not wearing headphones, while still maintaining the call audio through their preferred communication device.
The ability to customize the ringtone sound would further enhance call awareness and personalization.

These improvements would greatly enhance the user experience, particularly in office or shared workspaces.
