This pull request modifies the
create_signal_messagesfunction to enhance the alert message format in thedispatch_slackplugin. The most important change is the addition of a link to the alert count in the message text.Improvements to alert message format:
src/dispatch/plugins/dispatch_slack/case/messages.py: Updated the alert message to include a hyperlink to the alert count, providing a direct link to the first alert for the case.
