Compilation error

I cannot compile this project ng branch (rebar3 release) due to this error 
Package not found in registry: <<"riak_core">>.

I also cannot find riak_core package in hex.pm.

Should it be {riak_core, {pkg, riak_core_ng}} in rebar.config?
