Failed to canonicalize script path

Hallo,
i have astral dia label free data, running with DIA_SpecLib_Quant workflow. Since i have a specific modification on cysteines, I modified the msFragger tab (adding the right number as fixed mod) and in the quant DIA tabt (cmd line opts). On fragger 21.1 worked. I just switched to fragger23, updating the config tab, and got the attached error.
How do you think I should proceed? Thanks

The log shows they are running an old version of FragPipe, 23. Should try with FragPipe 24 first

That is a different error originating from OpenMS.
Similar to #1543 (comment).
If none of the above resolves the issue, please post an issue at https://github.com/OpenMS/OpenMS/issues.

@guoci , the bug in #1543 (comment) has been fixed in the version 24, right? Why is this one similar to the old bug?
