Describe your use-case.

The "Weight Data Type" is mostly unused now, because most models require different dtypes for each component. If all components are overridden, I don't think the "Weight Data Type" is used for anything.

This is confusing to users

What would you like to see as a solution?

Confirm the assumption above, and then remove "Weight Data Type" and all the "Override" labels.

I think keeping the override labels is good idea, but having None/blank in the override should ideally default to the model/te's/vae's data types.

that's not a bad idea, but the diffusers library we're using isn't able to do that. If you don't specify a dtype, it loads in float32. You could still downcast after loading, but then you've already ran out of RAM
