[Bug]: Layer filter isn't configured correct if a preset is loaded

What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

• select "custom"
• select the "#chroma LoRA 16 GB" preset
• it changes to the preset(attn-mlp), but the custom layer filter entry field is still editable

minor thing, but I'm documenting it because I'm changing this code to be reusable (for quantization layer filter), but leave this bug unchanged because I don't know immediately how to best fix it.

It's unrelated to the change I make, it existed before and will exist after the change

as if the user selected attn-mlp

@O-J1 the issue seems to be that when a preset is selected, __preset_set_layer_choice is called but still with selected=="custom". I guess the value is changed later. maybe a UIState trace is the solution.
