[FEEDBACK] Incorporate track rating during playlist generation

We should be able to incorporate Navidrome track ratings as a filter or weighted parameter when creating playlists through AI prompts. Right now, we can only use audio features. However, we overlook the most important feature when creating playlists - user ratings.

A specific use case would be prompts like: "Danceable happy songs with 120 BPM (prefer genre Filmi) with rating greater than 5." This combines technical audio analysis with human-curated preferences to deliver the best playlists.
