Added a new SQL query to pull out summary information about the constituent databases, includes database name, contact name, database description, data age ranges and dataset types.
The swagger file got more documentation to ensure that there are clear description fields for more of the components. This will be an ongoing process and one that doesn't really need any gitflow control.
The Swagger yaml schema doesn't really work well at present for the precision and ESGP standard formats. The error probably resolves if we get a reasonable random value.

Fixed up more swagger issues. Trying to get it all cleaned up properly.
