Cleaned up the dbtables helper code, to use strict mode. Mostly just cleaning.
Added a new flag ('count') that will simply return the number of rows in that table.
Added the check flag to the documentation.
The new endpoint (data/lakes) supports siteid search and buffer information. Used only in v2.

This adds two new elements to the queries, the first is a simple count endpoint, and the second is a query to return nearby lakes to sample sites. |
