Most of the bot pathing issues where caused by NavAreas that were generated while intersecting the foliage props, so bots would get stuck at the collision points:

The bots also had issues trying to jump over this bridge railing, when they would have had a faster path just walking off the bridge:

Some of the drop off connections are just impossible with the railing in the way so I cleaned those connections up as well:

This railing also generated a jump over point over thin air when the other railings didn't, so I went ahead and removed these floating NavAreas:

Bots would also waste time trying to clamber over this large rock and failing to do so because the connection points were not clean and the bots didn't know they had to jump, so I cleaned up the NavAreas on top of the rock.

The bots were trying to make excessively steep jumps on the boulders so made some of these jump points one directional.

Doh, accidentally commited the navmesh tweaks for transit into this branch, so I had to do a git reset on this branch.
