Navmesh tweaks for maps dawn/dusk.

One of the ghost spawn points was completely inaccessible because the navmesh connections were too steep and did not use the chairs as an intermediary climbing point:

Added NavAreas on the chairs to allow the bots to climb to the ghost spawn area:

With the path dispersal logic, bots were trying to climb the garden steps a points that were adjacent to much better climb points:

I kept the climb points that had the more reasonable step up points:

And made one directional the step up points that were too challenging for bots to climb:

There was also some railings in the gazebos that bots were trying to use to chase attackers and getting shot from the exposure, so I deleted some or made them one directional (to avoid bots trying to climb into the gazebo the hard way)
