Relies on NeotokyoRebuild/neo#1464

Isolation:

  • Enabled skybox in water reflections

Shrine:

  • Enabled skybox in water reflections
  • Added env_wind entity

Rogue:

  • Enabled skybox in water reflections
  • Fixed a decal
  • Made some boxes static
  • Raised the LOS blockers on the fence at trees
  • Made the grate on the frame thinner so it can be shot through properly
