NeotokyoRebuild/neo#1158 Must be merged first to avoid crashing on threadplate

Fixes NeotokyoRebuild/neo#1170

Sentinel:

  • Prop fade changes

Threadplate:

  • Lighting adjustments
  • Corpses no longer fall through the lift

Rogue:

  • Tank base damage changed from 6 to 8
  • Tank no fire radius reduced from 170 to 130
  • Lighting adjustments

Rise:

  • Added clips to the lamps to stop players from being able to pass them easily

Dusk:

  • Added lights around the map to improve visibility

on sentinel these metal skeletons visibly fade in as you exit both spawns

The camera behaves weirdly when dying on the lift, sometimes it will move to a previous client side corpse instead of the one on the lift, and if there aren't any it hovers above the lift.

I did notice those but left them as is since they aren't in the playspace and I was being mindful of performance

Yes it's a code issue really but I couldn't figure out how to fix it, but since you can only have 1 of your own corpse in a CTG round I thought it wasn't a huge issue
