Description
The tutorial levels rely on various levels of I/O jank that I can see breaking in the future. I hope to begin to eliminate this issue with the IsCyberspace check so we can integrate some of these visual changes into code and make changes that were previously not possible (e.g. class menu portraits)
Also undoes #879 as that was a hack to make vision modes work in the tutorial but that overlay is now removed
