Description

exposes the zoom_sensitivity_ratio convar.

negative values invert controls when aimed in ( can only be set via console/config file )
a value of 0 removes the scaling of mouse sensitivity with fov
a value less than 1 scales down sensitivity when aimed in
a value greater than 1 scales up sensitivity when aimed in ( values greater than 10 only via console/config file )

Checked that fractions less than 1.00 result in reduced sensitivity when zoomed, and more than 1.00 results in higher sensitivity.

There's a bit of an edge case where a 0.00 feels... off but not consistently slower or faster 1.00?

One potential nit is that I'm actually not sure what the utility is of values more than 1.00 or less than 0.01. Perhaps it makes sense to have a min and max configurable in the config GUI.

a value of 0 disables the scaling of mouse sensitivity with fov, so the same movement will move your aim point the same distance in the world regardless of whether you're zoomed in or not which is what I set out to accomplish in the first place. Doesn't feel that great having played with it for a bit but I imagine it might be something that players may want to mess around with.

I actually think a value greater than 1 is much better than 0. If you think that your sensitivity falls too much when zooming in with a weapon, setting this convar to a value greater than 1 will remedy this and also maintain the scaling of mouse sensitivity with fov.

Personally I reckon that for people who change this convar, a value greater than 1 will be most popular, a value of 0 will be second most popular, and a value of between 0 and 1 exclusive would be the least popular. I think linearly scaling the sensitivity with fov is harsh enough and making it any slower is unnecessary.
