Tachi mode switching seems to fire a lot of inputs

If you hold down the fire mode switch key on the tachi, it will flood the dryfire sound when underwater.
If you are in developer mode you will also notice it reports a devmsg in console stating the fire mode much more than the actual amount of times you pressed the key
