[FEATURE] Replace killer/damage info menu with a proper UI

Description

Currently, the killer/damage info mimicks SourceMod plugins of using the left-side menu to interact and show information. Replace this with a "proper" GUI.

Proposed Solution

• Killer-info goes on the center, highlighting name, avatar, weapon, damage
• Other damage info goes on the side which can disappear by keybind or automatically
• Past killer/damage infos can be shown in the in-game ESC-menu
